LANGUAGE IN A POLITICIAN'S ACTIVITY

Abstract


This article attempts to define the place the language occupies in political activity. Making an analysis of discourse, declaration, speech, interview helps us to characterize some politician's personality and the foresee his future behaviour. But language of a politician is not the only means which helps us to qualify him. Language is an important tool of influence upon people and an element of his image for a politician. Language image of any politician's activity occupies special place in his struggle for electorate.
